Letโs go, Arsenal. what a line up by Arteta. whether we lose (0.000001% probability) or win (99.9999% probability), I wonโt complain today. because it was a lineup that I was waiting for long.

Summer is near and i see a lot of people looking for internships and honestly speaking interning at 80% of most Ethiopian companies is a waste of time. Unless youโre interning at school or some good companies like Mereb, Chapa, Addis Software etcโฆ youโre wasting that precious 3 months you couldโve spent grinding building and gaining some actual work experience. Pick a really hard project, do the entire Software development life cycle on that shit, Post the living hell about it. Dont be building some portfolio for 3 months or an E-commerce site that doesnt even work. Build something that could be a product, something that actually solves something for you.
Build Post Repeat, and i assure u after that 3 months u can get an actual job paying good money

I agree with this, except that this should apply only if you have a good track record of self-learning. If you have started multiple things before and didn't continue past the second day, I would still advise you to go to local companies, as at least you will build real-world projects. Another piece of advice: please do not consider those Indian companies that claim to offer internships to everyone on LinkedIn; they assign simple tasks and that's it. That is not really an internship.

Blockchain-powered remittances and emerging financial infrastructure are opening new opportunities for innovation, inclusion, and global collaboration across Africa.
This is exactly what my teammate and I are building for our final-year capstone project. Now the question is, who copied from whom? COOP from us or we from COOP ? ๐
I will share the app here once we finish the first phase build very soon. I would like you to go through it and basically act as a QA tester.
thanks in advance. stay tuned.

I used to think I was a fan of weird food combos until I heard people eat apples with peanut butter, and they say it's nice. Bro, how can you eat that sh*t? What's your weird food combo?

Why is this so true ๐
.. and I am not the only one. Even some of my friends gained a lot of weight over the course of college years.
on a serious note,
Itโs funny until you are on a hospital bed after a heart attack, and your family is standing outside the ICU praying that you survive.
That is the part we ignore when we joke about tech bros gaining weight, losing sleep, living on caffeine, ordering food at midnight, and sitting for 10 hours every day.
In the first year, it feels harmless.
You are young.
You are earning.
You are learning.
You are solving hard problems.
You tell yourself you will fix your health later.
Then later keeps getting pushed.
One release becomes another release.
One late night becomes a routine.
One skipped workout becomes six months.
And by the fourth or fifth year, the body starts giving warnings.
Back pain.
Poor sleep.
Low energy.
Belly fat.
High cholesterol.
Blood pressure.
Anxiety that never fully leaves.
The problem is not software engineering. The problem is that many of us treat our body like a machine that will tolerate everything because our career is going well.
But your family does not care about your sprint when you are in the hospital.
Your parents do not care about your promotion when they are scared of losing you.
Your spouse and kids do not care about anything if your health becomes the price they all have to pay emotionally.
I am not saying stop working hard.
Work hard. Build the career. Chase the money. Grow. But do not let ambition become self-harm with a better LinkedIn headline.
Go for walks.
Lift weights.
Get blood work done.
Sleep properly.
Take stress seriously before it becomes a medical report.
Because the meme is funny.
Until it becomes your life.
