We have heard about Mental Health and its Importance In our life in one way or another.

I wanted to remind you about the basic things.

🧠What is mental health?
Mental health includes our emotional, psychological and social well-being. This means it affects how we feel, think and act. It also determine how we handle stress, in relate to others, and how we make choices. If someone have any abnormality in what is mentioned above, they should ask for help because this means we are not mentally healthy.

For example if I have a problem of over-reacting to every little thing that happens to me and if I don't know how to control my emotions, it could be one thing that indicates I need help. Yes, this may sound a simple case and it could happen to most of us but if it happens repeatedly we should be aware that it is Not Healthy.

🧠Why is mental health Important?

I think the answer to this question is clear if we know what mental health is. As we have seen, our mental health determines:

1. How we feel ~ A mentally ill person may have imbalance in their feelings, some feel too much compared to what they are experiencing and others don't feel anything. Both of these people are a threat to themselves and to the whole society.

2. How we think~if we are not mentally healthy we can't think in the right way, no matter in what great condition our physical health is. So when we see people who are slow to understand, incapable of choosing the right thing and do not know how to make the right decision, instead of judging them let us be aware of what they are going through. We might be able to help.

3. How we act~ This could be how we treat ourselves and the people around us. We see people hurting themselves or others for reasons we consider "silly" but it is not silly to them. Their mind views their problem in a different way than what it truly is, and lead them to make decisions that seems nonsense to the other person.

🧠 It is obvious that we face this problems in our country a lot. Especially nowadays, we see people fighting for what is unworthy to the point of killing each other. Before we go to a conclusion or give our opinion saying " This tribe is evil and this one is not educated", let us consider that this people may not be mentally healthy. Whatever they had experienced in their past life may had made them to become the person they are today.

🧠These is how important mental health is. We must take mental health seriously because mental illness won't only destroy us but will also destroy everyone around us. If we understand why we act the way we act? It will be easier to find a solution for our problems.

🧠Please let us educate ourselves more on what concerns our mental health, even if we are healthy lots of our friends are not, and they absolutely need our help. If anyone here feels they need help then please ask for help its not something to be ashamed of at all. We all get sick at some point in our life, that doesn't mean we deserve it. We should get the right treatment to be healthy again.

Mental Health: Quran verses to help with mental health

⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️
"These findings are exciting because they show that even relatively small amounts of exercise -- from one hour per week -- can deliver significant protection against depression.

"We are still trying to determine exactly why exercise can have this protective effect, but we believe it is from the combined impact of the various physical and social benefits of physical activity.

"These results highlight the great potential to integrate exercise into individual mental health plans and broader public health campaigns. If we can find ways to increase the population's level of physical activity even by a small amount, then this is likely to bring substantial physical and mental health benefits."

PEACE FOR OUR COUNTRY

People killin', people dyin'
Children hurt and you hear them cryin'
Can you practice what you preach?
And would you turn the other cheek?

Father, Father, Father help us
Send some guidance from above
'Cause people got me, got me questionin'
Where is the love? (Love)

Where is the love? (The love)
Where is the love? (The love)
Where is the love? The love, the love?
So I could ask myself really what is goin' wrong
In this world that we livin' in people keep on givin' in
Makin' wrong decisions, only visions of them dividends
Not respectin' each other, deny thy brother
A war is goin' on but the reason's undercover

The truth is kept secret, and swept under the rug
If you never know truth then you never know love
Where's the love, y'all, come on (I don't know)
Where's the truth, y'all, come on (I don't know)
Where's the love, y'all
