Crazy Facts about Suicide Rate, World wide and in our Country

Our country, Ethiopia, ranks #59 out of 183 countries on suicide rates in a 2016 study by the WHO, World Health Organization.
The doodled letters represent
B - Both Gender
M - Male
F - Female
R - Male to Female ratio
The data when interpreted explains 11.4 people perform suicide from 100,000 people. Which means out of 110,000,000 people in Ethiopia 12,540 (Average) of them die by suicide every year.
The second scary part is that the largest number from the genders happens to be Male, which is far from what we all think and perceive that female are the most vulnerable. The numbers show 20,570 male Ethiopians die each year due to suicide and 5,170 female Ethiopians take the same fate.
This is so heart breaking.

Yesterday we have seen all that and now for the most tragic part of it. Our country, Ethiopia, have one of the least psychiatrists working per 100,000 people.
The number is less than 1 for 100,000 people which is 1,100 for the whole population of Ethiopia; 110,000,000.
