👉 የአዳማ ሳይንስና ቴክኖሎጂ ዩኒቨርስቲ ሬጅስትራር ቢሮ የ 2017 የትምህርት ዘመን አካዳሚ ካላንደር ይፋ አድርጓል።

👉 በዚህ አካዳሚክ ካላንደር መሰረት የሚከናወኑ ዋና ዋና ተግባራት እንደሚከተለው ቀርበዋል 👇

1. 1st Semester Registration/Readmission

#ማሳሰቢያ ‼️

👉 ይህ ከላይ የተመለከታችሁት ፕሮግራም ለቅድመ-ምረቃ (undergraduate) ተማሪዎች በሙሉ የሚሰራ ይሆናል።

👉 የባለፈው ዓመት የ2015 የሁለተኛ ዓመት ተማሪዎች የሁለተኛ ሴሚስቴርን የማጠቃለያ ፈተና (Final Exam) ሳይፈተኑ ከግቢ በመውጣታቸው ምክንያት ከሌሎች በፊት ቀድመው እንዲገቡ የሚደረግ ሲሆን ከመስከረም 9/2017 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ ግቢው እነዚህን ተማሪዎች የሚያስተናግድ ይሆናል።

👉 ይህንን 👆 መፃፍ ያስፈለገው አንዳንድ ተማሪዎች ካላንደሩ ላይ "Sept. 19 2024 G.C (መስከረም 9/ 2017 ዓ.ም) 2nd Year Students report to the University ይላል ... ስለዚህ መስከረም 9 ነው የምንገባው ?" የሚል ጥያቄ በውስጥ መስመር ስለጠየቃችሁ ነው።

👉 ይሄ ለባለፈው አመት የሁለተኛ ዓመት ተማሪዎች እንጂ ለእኛ በባለፈው አመት የመጀመርያ አመት ተማሪ (ፍሬሽማን) ለነበርነው እና በዚህ አመት ሁለተኛ ዓመት ለምንሆነው ተማሪዎች አይደለም።

👉 የኢፌዴሪ ትምህርት ሚኒስቴር አካዳሚክ ካላንደር እንደሀገር የከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋማትን የትምህርት ሂደት አቅጣጫ ለመስጠት የተዘጋጀ ሲሆን አንዳንድ ዩኒቨርሲቲዎች በተለያዩ ምክንያቶች በካላንደሩ መሰረት የማይመሩበት ሁኔታ ሊፈጠር ይችላል።

👉 በትምህርት ሚኒስቴር አካዳሚክ ካላንደር መሰረት ምዝገባ የሚጀምረው በመስከረም ወር ቢሆንም የግቢያችን ሁለተኛ ዓመት ተማሪዎች ፈተና ባለመጨረሳቸው ምክንያት ምዝገባው ወደ ጥቅምት ሊዘዋወር ችሏል።

"No Active Semester for You!"

👉 ይሄ ፅሁፍ ለምን በፖርታላችን ላይ መጣ የሚሉ ጥያቄዎች በውስጥ መስመር እና በ Discussion Group ላይ በብዛት ተጠይቀዋል።

👉 ይህ ፅሁፍ የመጣበት ምክንያት አሁን ላይ እየተማርን ያለንበት ሴሚስቴር ባለመኖሩ እና የመጀመሪያ አመትን የሁለት ሴሚስቴር ቆይታ ሙሉበሙሉ ስላጠናቀቅን ነው። ሌላ የተፈጠረ ምንም ነገር የለም።

👉 በሚቀጥለው ዓመት ተመዝግበን ትምህርት ስንጀምር ወይም የ School placement ሲለቀቅ የሁለተኛ ዓመት የመጀመሪያ ሴሚስቴር "Active" ይደረግልናል። በዚህ መልኩ ነው የሚቀጥለው . . .

ወደ ፖርታላችሁ እንደገባችሁ በመጀመሪያ የሚመጣው page ላይ Program የሚለው ጋር የተመደባችሁበትን school ማየት ትችላላችሁ።

👉 የ school placement መለቀቁ ይታወቃል። በዚህን ጊዜ የቻናሎች እና የግሩፖች ሚና ቀላል አይደለም።

#Readmission

Readmission is not a right but a privilege given to the student by the university. A student, who has been dismissed or withdrawn for reasons beyond his/her control, may have the privilege to be readmitted.

Candidates in good academic standing wishing to discontinue their studies must fill in an official withdrawal form (in three copies). Unless there are compelling reasons, official withdrawal forms must be completed within 30 days of discontinuation of classes.

A candidate who fails to comply with this requirement will only be eligible for readmission if he has a good cause for failing to meet the deadline.

A cut-off SGPA and/or CGPA for re-admission of an academically dismissed student shall be as follows:

● First year first semester student, who has been dismissed at the end of the first semester need to have at least SGPA of 1.25 to apply for readmission.

● A first year student dismissed at the end of the second semester with a CGPA of not less than 1.50 is eligible to apply for readmission.

● A second year student dismissed at the end of any semester with a CGPA of not less than 1.75 may apply for readmission.

● A third year and above student, dismissed at the end of any semester with a CGPA of not less than 1.85 maybe readmitted.

● A student who, for reasons beyond his control, discontinues his studies may apply for re-admission into the same program for any number of times that the maximum duration of stay in the program, counted from the date of first enrolment, has not expired or will not expire before completion of the program following re-admission.

● A student who has been dismissed due to academic reason shall not be re-admitted more than once regardless of transfer from any other university.
