Make sure that it's a Microsoft account, not a Google account with the email address format below:

If you can enter your institutional email address but receive an error message when entering your password, you can reset your password by visiting the ICT Center.

2. Enter your default password that's on the file attached.

3. If you login to your account, change your password and wait till the opening of e-SHE portal. But if you receive an error message when entering the password on the above file, reset your password by visiting the ICT Center.
