ባሳለፍነው የሁለተኛ ሴሚስቴር ምዝገባ በሁለተኛ ሴሚስቴር መውሰድ ያለባችሁ የኮርሶቹ ክሬዲት ሀወር አጠቃላይ ድምር 19 ሆኖ ሳለ ፣ ሳይሞላላችሁ የተመዘገባችሁ (በተለይ elective ኮርስ የምትወስዱ) እና ጉድለቱ እስካሁን ያልተስተካከለላችሁ ተማሪዎች ፣ የጎደላችሁን ኮርስ በሁለተኛ ሴሚስቴር ADD & DROP ማለትም ከFeb 16-17 ባለው ጊዜ ውስጥ Add request በማስገባት ማሟላት ትችላላችሁ ተብላችኋል።

ይሄ ችግር በየሴሚስቴሩ የሚከሰት ነው። አዲስ ነገር የለውም። ነገርግን ችግሩን በቀላሉ መከላከል ይቻል ነበር። ኮርሶቹ ካልተሟሉ እስኪሟሉ ጠብቆ መመዝገብ ነው። አለቀ! 🤷‍♂️

📜 Internship Operating Rules for Students

1. 🏢 A student should not change the institution/industry they are assigned to without their own consent. However, if an unavoidable reason arises, they may do so only after notifying the internship advisor and the program internship coordinator and obtaining permission. 👤

2. 📅 If the institution assigns specific days for work due to the number of students or other reasons, the student must report this to the internship advisor and arrange for additional days to complete the full duration of training required by the curriculum. ⏳

3. 🤝 During their internship, students must cooperate and get along with industry employees. 👥

4. 🚫 Destroying or damaging the property of the industry/institution, watching movies, listening to music, using earphones at the workplace, writing on walls, writing anything on the seats of service vehicles (cars) is strictly prohibited. 🎧 🚗

5. ⏰ Absence from internship without permission, shifting work hours, unwillingness to train, non-participation, inappropriate dress code, running around, horseplay, and generally committing any act outside the industry's work rules is strictly prohibited. 👔 🚫

6. ✉️ Opening, tampering with, or correcting the sealed envelope containing the performance evaluation and attendance sheet given by the industry, and submitting an opened envelope, is a violation of ethical conduct. Our university will confirm this and take action. ⚖️

7. 🚭 Using narcotic substances during the internship (e.g., smoking cigarettes, chewing khat, etc.) is strictly prohibited. If this act is reported to the university, it will be considered a violation of ethical conduct under the "student code of conduct." 📜

8. 📝 Students must always keep a record of the work they have done after work hours. Based on this, they are required to prepare a report and present it at the university before registration. 🏛️

9. 👨‍🏫 Students must properly complete the project assigned by the A.S.T.U. Advisor/Industry Advisor within the given timeframe. ✅

10. 🏭 Students must treat, use, and handle any property of the factory or organization as if it were their own. ✨

11. 🔨 Intentionally damaging, wasting, or stealing any property of the organization or factory is punishable by law (as a violation of ethical conduct). Students must be aware of this and exercise the necessary caution at work. 👮‍♂️

12. 👷‍♂️ At the workplace, students must adhere to the "Safety First" principle for themselves, their friends, and factory workers. ⚠️

13. 🚫 An intern should not inappropriately ask for undue benefits from the industry/institution. ❌

14. 💡 Students are expected to work on the industry's problems for their graduation projects and other projects, and to research and solve these problems during their internship. 🎓

15. ⚖️ Any student who violates the points mentioned above and other rules and regulations of the institution/industry will face disciplinary action. ⚠️
