ግድያው የተፈጸመው ሚያዝያ 28 ቀን 2017 ዓ.ም ረፋድ 3፡20 ሰዓት ገደማ ነበር። ወንጀሉ የተፈጸመው በአርባ ምንጭ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ጫሞ ካምፓስ፣ ህንፃ ቁጥር 9፣ የማደሪያ ክፍል 01 ውስጥ እንደሆነ የዐቃቤ ሕግ ክስ ያስረዳል።

የ21 ዓመቱ ተከሳሽ ናሁሰናይ ይታየው፣ ሟች ተማሪ ናትናዔል ፅጉን ለመግደል አስቀድሞ ቂም በመያዝ ዝግጅት ሲያደርግ እንደነበረ ፍርድ ቤቱ አረጋግጧል። ተከሳሹ ለድርጊቱ መነሻ አድርጎ ያቀረበው ምክንያት "ሟች በምመገበው ምግብና ውሃ ውስጥ ኬሚካል በመጨመር ጉበቴ እንዲበላሽ አድርጓል" የሚል ሲሆን፣ ይህንኑ መነሻ በማድረግ ቢለዋ ደብቆ በማስቀመጥ ጥቃቱን ሰንዝሯል።

ተከሳሹ ሟችን ጭካኔ በተሞላበት ሁኔታ በአንገቱ፣ በሆዱ፣ በግራና ቀኝ ደረቱ እንዲሁም በታፋው ላይ ደጋግሞ በመውጋት ከባድ የአካል ጉዳት አድርሶበታል። ተከሳሹ ድርጊቱን ፈጽሞ ለማምለጥ ሲሞክር በዩኒቨርሲቲው ሠራተኞች አማካኝነት በቁጥጥር ስር የዋለ ሲሆን፣ ጉዳት የደረሰበት ተማሪ ናትናዔል ፅጉ በፍጥነት ወደ አርባ ምንጭ አጠቃላይ ሆስፒታል ተወስዶ የሕክምና እርዳታ ቢደረግለትም በዕለቱ ሕይወቱ ሊያልፍ ችሏል።

የጋሞ ዞን ከፍተኛ ፍርድ ቤት መዝገቡን ሲመረምር ከቆየ በኋላ፣ ተከሳሹ ሰውን ለመግደል አስቀድሞ በማሰብና አደገኛ መሣሪያ በመጠቀም በፈጸመው ከባድ የሰው መግደል ወንጀል ጥፋተኛ ሆኖ አግኝቶታል። ተከሳሹ የኢፌድሪ ወንጀል ሕግ አንቀፅ 539 (1-ሀ) ሥር የተመለከተውን ድንጋጌ በመተላለፉና ምንም ዓይነት የቅጣት ማቅለያ ማቅረብ ባለመቻሉ፣ ፍርድ ቤቱ ዛሬ ታህሳስ 22 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ባዋለው ችሎት በ20 ዓመት ፅኑ እስራት እንዲቀጣ መወሰኑን ከጋሞ ዞን መንግስት ኮሚኒኬሽን የተገኘው መረጃ ያመላክታል፡፡

So as we can see from the reactions to the post, the e-student portal isn't working on either mobile data or campus WiFi... 🌚

Some students have been seeing their assessment results for some courses like tests, quizzes, assignments, mid exam and others, while others have never seen any of them and it's shown there as 0/100... 🫠

Next time when the portal opens, there might be a big surprise for the students who haven't seen their assessment results lol... 👐😸
