የአማዞን ዋና ስራ አስፈጻሚ (CEO) Andy Jassy እንደተናገረው ፣ ሰራተኞቹ የሚቀነሱት ተመሳሳይ የሆኑ የዕለት ተዕለት ተግባራት (Routine Tasks) በሰው ሰራሽ አስተውሎት (AI) አማካኝነት automate እየተደረጉ ስለሆነ እና አላስፈላጊ ወጪን ለመቀነስ በማሰብ ነው።
