💁🏻‍♂ My TECHNICAL, TACTICAL, SYSTEMATIC, and STRATEGIC plans to improve my GPA this year 👇😁

1. Calling lecturers with a master's degree “Doctor” and those with a doctorate “Professor.” 👨🏻‍🏫 
    👉 So that they will see me as their beloved student, and they will add that crucial 0.5 or 1 point to my marks for a grade change, preventing that massive loss of grades I experienced in past years due to such small points. 😉🧠😜

2. Motivating myself to study by planning rewards, like watching one movie episode after I finish reading one chapter. 🎬 
    👉 So that I will work hard to finish the chapter, eagerly anticipating the movie episode. 😃🎞️😉

3. Creating and organizing a study playlist with motivational sounds that alternates between classical music, dramatic movie soundtracks, and cinematic scores of 'working hard alone' scenes to make my study feel like an epic quest. 😎 
    👉 So that I will have something uplifting when I'm feeling down. 🙂‍↕️📈😅

4. Adopting the “Fake it till you make it” approach, like wearing glasses and carrying a briefcase-style bag 💼 filled with highlighters to look more studious, even if I lack the energy to read and am just watching anime on YouTube. Also, I'll change my PDF/PPT reader software – I won't use last year's. I'll make things new! And I'll sound professional in group work/projects, even if I actually know nothing about what's happening. 🤓 
    👉 So that my mind will say, "Hey, don't just act foolish, be real," and I'll gain the motivation to do it for real and seriously. 🥸🧐

5. And lastly, assembling a kit: filling my briefcase-style bag 💼 with energy drinks, chocolates, and motivational quotes (especially academic ones) for those last-minute study sessions before exams. 🙂‍↔️ 
    👉 So that I will feel like a Hollywood warrior... 🥷⚔️😁

This is to inform you that the course add and drop period will take place on October 13–14, 2025.

Please note the following guidelines regarding course overloads:

👉 To take an overload (more than 19 credit hours), students must have a CGPA of 2.75 or above, except for graduating (5th year) students.

👉 The maximum load for both graduating and non-graduating students is 22 credit hours.

Accordingly, students who meet the overload requirements are required to fill out the form and submit an official overload request letter to the deputy department office by Friday, October 10, 2025.
