1. ለፈተናው ስራ ባጅ ከተሰጣቸው መምህራንና ሰራተኞች በስተቀር ከሰኔ 20/2017 ዓ.ም. ከሰዓት በኃላ እስከ ሐምሌ 08/2017 ዓ.ም ወደ ዩኒቨርሲቲው ቅጥር ግቢ መግባት በጥብቅ የተከለከለ ነው::

2. ለፈተናው ስራ ባጅ የተሰጣችሁ መምህራንና ሠራተኞች ሞባይል ይዞ ወደ ቅጥር ግቢው መግባት በጥብቅ የተከለከለ ነው፤

3. በግቢ መኖሪያ ያላችሁ መመህራን፤ ሰራተኞችና ቤተሰቦቻቸው ከመኖሪያ ቤት ጀርባ ባለው መግቢያ በር ብቻ እንድትጠቀሙ ሆኖ ባጃጅ ይዞ መግባትና ከመኖሪያ አካባቢ ተማሪዎች በሚንቀሳቀሱበት የግቢው ክልል መገኘት በጥብቅ የተከለከለ መሆኑን እያሳወቅን ለማሳሰቢያው ተገቢውን ምላሽ በመስጠት ለፈተናው በሰላም ተጀምሮ መጠናቀቅ የበኩላችሁን እንድታበረክቱ አበክረን እንገልጻለን፡፡

The 2017 E. C Grade 12 National Exam Takers Received Orientation at ASTU Exam Center

The first round Grade 12 students preparing for the upcoming National Examinations received comprehensive orientation at the Adama Science and Technology University (ASTU) Exam Center, ensuring they are well-informed about the procedures and expectations during their Exam period at ASTU Stadium on June 29, 2025. The orientation, aimed at familiarizing students with the university's protocols and the examination regulations.

Dr. Lemi Guta, President of ASTU, warmly welcomed the 2017 E. C first round Grade 12 students, underscoring the importance of the National Examinations and ASTU's role as a trusted examination center. A primary objective of the orientation is to foster a clear understanding of the rules and regulations governing both the university environment and the examinations themselves, ensuring a smooth and fair process for all participants. Dr. Lemi further advised the students to approach the examinations with psychological preparedness, encouraging them to manage any potential anxiety.

Similarly, Dr. Solomon Tiruneh, Vice President for Administration and Development at ASTU, delved deeper into the specific rules and regulations of the university. He also provided a detailed overview of the facilities available to the students throughout their stay at ASTU Exam Center. In his remarks, Dr. Solomon specifically requested the cooperation of all students with the security personnel, highlighting their collective responsibility in ensuring the successful accomplishment of the examinations.

Concluding the orientation, Mr. Awake Belay from Education and Training Authority, a Chief Coordinator of ASTU Exam Center, reiterated the essential rules and regulations pertinent to the examinations. He urged the students to adhere to these guidelines with the utmost respect, emphasizing their critical role in maintaining the integrity of the Exam process.

The orientation session at ASTU is a vital step in equipping the Grade 12 students with the necessary information and confidence as they embark on this significant academic milestone.
