ጥቅምት 15/2018 ዓ/ም፤ አዲስ አበባ፡- የበለጸገችና ሰላሟ የተረጋገጠ ኢትዮጵያን በእናንተ ውስጥ ተመልክቻለሁ ሲሉ የሰላም ሚኒስቴር ሚንስትር ክቡር አቶ መሀመድ እድሪስ ተናገሩ። ክቡር ሚንስትሩ ይህንን የተናገሩት የኢንፎርሜሽን መረብ ደህንነት አስተዳደር (ኢመደአ) ከአዲስ አበባ ሳይንስና ቴክኖሎጂ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ጋር በመተባበር በ2017 ዓ/ም የክረምት መርሃ ግብር በሳይበር ደህንነት፣ በቴክኖሎጂ ልማት፣ በኢምቤድድ ሲስተም፣ እና በኤሮስፔስ ዘርፎች ያሰለጠናቸውን ስድስት መቶ ሃያ ዘጠኝ (629) ባለልዩ ተሰጥኦ ታዳጊ ወጣቶችን ባስመረቀበት መርሃ ግብር ላይ ነው።
ለአሁናዊ ፈተና ያልተንበረከኩና ፈተናውን ማለፍ የቻሉ የሚያልሙት ርዕይ ላይ ይደርሳሉ፤ ነገር ግን በጊዜያዊ ፈተናና ችግር የሚሸነፉ ነገን ማየት አይችሉም ያሉት ክቡር ሚንስትሩ፤ የኢትዮጵያም ብልጽግና እውን የሚሆነው ዛሬ የገጠሙንን ችግሮች በአርበኝነት መንፈስ መሻገር ስንችል ነው ብለዋል።
