Dear CSE and SE Students,
This is to inform you that the course add and drop period will take place on October 13-14, 2025.
Please note the following guidelines regarding course overloads:
To take an overload (more than 19 credit hours), students must have a CGPA of 2.75 or above, except for graduating (5th year) students.
The maximum load for both graduating and non-graduating students is 22 credit hours.
Accordingly, students who meet the overload requirements are required to fill out the form and submit an official overload request letter to the deputy department office by Friday, October 10, 2025.
