Students who have applied to take an overload are required to submit a formal request letter by Monday, February 16, 2026.

In the request letter, please make sure to clearly include the following information:

Year of study

Student ID

Course(s) to be added (course name(s) and corresponding credit hour(s))

Current CGPA

Total credit hours before adding the course(s)

Total credit hours after adding the course(s)

Requests that do not include the above information may not be considered.

Dear graduating students of CSE and SE,
This is to inform you that a Skill Development Training for graduating students will be conducted tomorrow February 20,2026 for the full day, starting at 8:30 a.m.
The morning session will take place at Oda Nabe Hall.
The afternoon session will be conducted at the syndicate level.
Accordingly, there will be no regular classes tomorrow. All graduating students are required to participate in the training.
Please note that attendance is mandatory, and absence will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
