The department will give you two internship documents, and they are issued only once….u must scan both documents and keep clear copies on your phone…..If you lose them, the department will not replace them, and you will have to use color printed copies….

The first document is an official letter to the company. Once you write a company name on it…it cannot be used for another company…..so keep the original safe and submit color printed copies when applying….

The second document is a form you must fill out. If a company accepts you….they will sign and stamp it….You must then return the signed and stamped form to the department.

Since you may apply to multiple companies, always keep scanned copies and use copies….not the originals
