Loan sharks are individuals or groups who offer loans at exorbitant interest rates, often coupled with threats of violence to ensure repayment.
These lenders typically operate outside the bounds of the law, preying on those with limited access to traditional financial institutions.
Unlike payday lenders who, while offering high-interest rates, operate within legal frameworks, loan sharks disregard usury laws and can charge rates far exceeding legal limits.
Borrowing from a loan shark is fraught with risk, potentially leading to severe financial strain and even physical danger. While borrowers aren’t breaking the law, they are exposing themselves to illegal and dangerous practices.
Alternatives like personal loans or assistance from family members are safer options, even for those with bad credit. Financial advisors can also provide guidance on finding appropriate and manageable funding solutions.
Engaging with a loan shark is rarely a beneficial decision and should be avoided in favor of safer, more regulated financial avenues (Kagan, n.d.).

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Ростовщики - это отдельные лица или группы лиц,
предлагающие кредиты под непомерно высокие проценты, часто подкрепленные угрозами насилия для обеспечения возврата долга.
Такие кредиторы обычно действуют вне рамок закона,
охотясь на тех, кто имеет ограниченный доступ к традиционным финансовым учреждениям.
В отличие от ростовщиков, которые, предлагая высокие проценты, действуют в рамках закона, ростовщики игнорируют законы о ростовщичестве и могут устанавливать ставки, значительно превышающие установленные законом пределы.
Займы у ростовщиков сопряжены с риском, который может привести к серьезным финансовым затруднениям и даже физической опасности. Хотя заемщики не нарушают закон, они подвергают себя риску незаконной и опасной практики.
Такие альтернативы, как личные займы или помощь родственников, являются более безопасными вариантами, даже для тех, у кого плохая кредитная история. Финансовые консультанты также могут дать рекомендации по поиску подходящих и приемлемых финансовых решений.
Обращение к ростовщикам редко бывает выгодным решением, и от него следует отказаться в пользу более безопасных, более регулируемых финансовых способов (Каган, n.d.).
Personally, I find hilarious this statement: “When talented people get motivated, we get arts, but when the untalented people get motivated, we get… reels.”
1. Influencers as Viruses: He humorously outlines the minimal requirements to become an influencer, emphasizing the absurdity of their motivational messages.
2. Talent vs. Confidence: He discusses how insecurity often indicates talent, contrasting this with “confident idiots” who promote dubious ideas like cryptocurrency investments, leaving the audience questioning their own abilities.
Лично я нахожу уморительным следующее утверждение: "Когда талантливые люди получают мотивацию, мы получаем искусство, а когда неталантливые люди получают мотивацию, мы получаем... ролики reels.”
1. Влиятельные люди как вирусы: Он с юмором описывает минимальные требования для того, чтобы стать инфлюенсером, подчеркивая абсурдность их мотивационных посланий.
2. Талант против уверенности: Он рассказывает о том, как неуверенность в себе часто свидетельствует о таланте, противопоставляя его "самоуверенным идиотам", которые продвигают сомнительные идеи вроде криптовалютных инвестиций, заставляя аудиторию сомневаться в своих способностях.
3. Степени образования: Он высмеивает систему образования, утверждая, что инженерное дело способствует развитию таланта, но подавляет уверенность в себе, в то время как MBA способствует необоснованной уверенности, не приносящей ощутимых результатов в реальном мире.
Defining the 👻 contour of the law, one should focus on the legal aspects of ensuring an effective business environment. Laws are ascribed for a reason, whereas businesses should acquiesce to them. Laws are not created out of thin air.
😱 Effective System of Law
In particular, businesses should comport themselves according to the letter of the law and the spirit of the law.
Stability and predictability are the hallmarks of successful business operations. Clear laws and regulations should be promulgated to help businesses collaborate with partners, suppliers, and customers.
If one of them defaults in any kind of the contract, law should bring them to justice by litigation or by ADR (alternative dispute resolution) (Lau & Johnson, 2024). Clear laws provide clear instructions on how to conduct and protect property rights, intellectual property rights, or any rights that businesses possess and implement into their operations.
Businesses lobby for their interests, and to make it happen, rules and regulations should exist. For example, clear laws about the minimum wage can be applied when discussing salaries. Or in the case of blatant discrimination on the basis of gender, a minority woman can sue the employer and win the case.
An effective law system steps further into reducing uncertainty benefits that will allow businesses to exercise their power over business decisions and solutions. An effective law system promotes certainty, which enables businesses to acknowledge the consequences of their actions and face certain outcomes of making decisions.
