Companies, it seems, have never been more efficient than now with all these accounting practices like job order costing — for bespoke and highly customized products or process costing — for identical products and services. 

Job order costing accounting is the currency of the realm. It assesses the profitability of each project and allows them to focus on the lucrative projects to maximize the revenue.

Ask yourself:: What product or service can bring in cash right now? Don’t wait for the “perfect” moment.
Test fast, don’t plan for years.

Your move:: Launch a minimum viable product (MVP) and see if the market bites.

Think:: What do your customers really need? Give them that, and they’ll hand you their wallets.
Pragmatism isn’t about being cheap or cynical—it’s about clarity.

However, just before your stay, a massive storm hits the area, causing severe erosion and completely destroying the beach. In this case, you might argue that the purpose of the rental contract (enjoying the beach) has been frustrated, and you should not be obligated to pay for the full rental period. This is an example of frustration of purpose, where an unforeseen event (the storm) has undermined the primary purpose of the contract.
