🤔 With more than 230,000 regulations in the federal registry what does this say about America?

⚖️ Most of the laws in the U.S. benefit a small group of people or corporations and have little public support. The ruling class prefers to continue the illusion of rule of law, so rather than straight out targeting an individual or group, they pass vague laws which can be interpreted in anyway that is useful for their goals.

📰 Passing out political literature can't actually harm anyone, but if it goes against the American Empire, they may pass a "hate crime enhancement" in order to stop the proliferation of those ideas like in Florida.

🔥 Protesting with a tiki torch didn't hurt anyone, but the ideas of those carrying the torches are against those of the ruling classes, so an obscure law was dug up to prosecute UTR marchers.

Laws like the above are never removed or expire and the number of them continue to increase as the Empire loses legitimacy to focus on holding onto power.
