Apple with the first beta of iOS 16.4 announced a major change in how it will distribute betas to developers from now on. While previously the installation of an iOS beta required a dedicated profile, this process will now be tied to the developer's Apple ID, so from the next iOS versions the profiles will no longer be available and necessary, it will only be possible to install future beta versions with the Apple ID registered in the developer program.
