【普京侵烏｜普京宣佈「成功解放」馬立波 下令包圍鋼鐵廠「一隻蒼蠅也不能通過」】

烏克蘭港口城鎮馬立波（Mariupol）遭俄軍圍困一個多月，俄羅斯總統普京周四（21日）宣佈已成功「解放」馬立波，並下令軍方不強攻烏軍的最後據點亞速鋼鐵廠，但會重重圍困該處，揚言「一隻蒼蠅也不能通過」。美聯社指出這意味俄軍或會斷絕鋼鐵廠所有物資供應，圖迫使被困軍民在彈盡糧絕下投降，美國總統拜登則稱，俄羅斯是否已控制馬立波仍存在疑問。

拜登同日宣佈再向烏克蘭追加8億美元（約62.7億港元）軍事援助，將提供重型大炮、無人機及14.4萬發子彈，並另外向烏克蘭政府提供5億美元（約39.2億港元）經濟援助。
