Every time a celebrity dies there is a strange race by people to be the fist to post on social media about it, as if they gain a sense of importance from being the first person to “break” the news to others. They don’t even highlight the dead celebrities’ accomplishments or the value their work brought to people’s lives. They just need to be first to tell people they’re dead. It’s the ultimate form of clout chasing, really. It’s very sad really (the clout chasing, I mean, not necessarily the celebrities’ deaths.)

Bob Saget — a comedic legend who rose to fame on the hit TV show “Full House” — was found dead Sunday at the Ritz-Carlton Orlando. He was 65.

For the last 11 years, An American Patriot named Michael Giles has been sitting in a Florida Prison for the high crime & misdemeanor of self defense.

An Air force veteran who served two tours of duty in the middle east, Michael was stationed at Mac Dill Airforce base in Tampa when life as he knew it came to a screeching halt.

On a night out with Friends at a club in Tallahassee, Florida he found himself separated from his friends when a brawl erupted between local fraternities.

During the melee, Michael was pinned in the crowd, & then punched in the head by an assailant.

He responded by taking out the handgun, for which he had a concealed carry permit and firing one bullet into the leg of his attacker.

In a sane world, this would obviously be self defense. Instead, this United States Air Force man with no criminal history found himself under arrest for Second Degree Attempted Murder.
