Waukesha Christmas Parade terrorist Captured on ring doorbell cam after the attack.
Darrel Brooks can be heard telling the homeowner: "I called an Uber and I'm supposed to be waiting for it over here, but I don't know when it's coming....Can you call it for me please? I'm homeless."
The homeowner allegedly had no idea what happened just a few blocks away and let Brooks into his home, called him a cab and made him a sandwich before police turned up.
