MY ARTICLE IN THE DECEMBER BOSTON BROADSIDE: RISE AGAINST TYRANNY - CHAOS ON THE COMMON

On November 7th our conservative group Super Happy Fun America and our recently formed Refounding Fathers Coalition held a permitted event on the Boston Common called Rise Against Tyranny. Our goal was to oppose the emerging system of medical apartheid including vaccine passports, face diapers, and mass firings. We were joined by a broad cross section of society including many first responders. Once the Boston Common was a place where all people were welcome to exercise their 1st Amendment rights - but apparently these rights no longer exist. When we arrived there was an area sectioned off around the gazebo as we had negotiated with the city. There was plenty of room for the large crowd of patriots that we expected. To our shock a BPD lieutenant told us that only our speakers would be allowed on the inside. Nearby a hoard of violent Antifa thugs were massing intending to disrupt our event - with noise makers and assaults. Many Antifa had been bussed in from New York and Connecticut. We demanded that the police let our people, which included many elderly folks and children inside the safety zone. We were told that they could not "for safety reasons". Police confiscated our American, Gadsden and Straight Pride flags. One man carrying a "Back the Blue" flag exclaimed as they took his flag away "What are you doing - we are supporting you? "Buy another one!" the officer barked back. Antifa were allowed to keep their flags which included communist flags and those bedecked with historic murderers like Mao, Lenin, and Stalin. Initially the police had separated the different groups. Then inexplicably they withdrew allowing the hoard to advance on the peaceful protesters. Samson Racioppi got on his bullhorn asking the dozens of police to intervene. Not one made a move to help. Later we were told that they were ordered to stand down. Since we had numerous police and first responders in our ranks they were in fact facilitating the assault on their brother officers. We tried to form a line to protect our women and children but were greatly outnumbered. Our vice president Mark Sahady and Samson Racioppi had caustic chemicals thrown in their eyes with the intention of permanently blinding them. Our van containing our equipment was attacked, the windshield smashed and the 68 year old driver Ron McCarron was sprayed with bear spray. Having no choice he drove forward through a barrier to save his life. He was arrested - not the attackers. Soros backed DA Rachael Rollins is vigorously prosecuting him. We fought numerous skirmishes to defend our rights to speak. While patriots used their fists to hold back the attacks we began our speeches. It was clear the BPD brass thought that by allowing us to be overrun that we would give up. We did not. So after just a few people spoke they said the were canceling our event. When I demanded to know why they were doing this the Lieutenant told me. "That's above my pay grade." Officers then pulled the plugs our of our sound system. Although this was meant to silence us the story went global and was covered in more than 40 countries. But it was a dark day for freedom in Boston. This is not the country I grew up in. Our founding fathers are rolling over in their graves.
