The target of the attempted assassination in the strike in western Gaza City was Hamas’s number two, Ra'ad Sa'ad, who was the Head of the Weapons Production Headquarters of Hamas’ military wing and he was in charge of the expansion of the terrorist organization’s military wing.
He was one of the architects of the brutal October 7th Massacre & was regarded as the most senior figure in Hamas’s hierarchy in Gaza, second only to Izz al-Din al-Haddad. He had already survived previous assassination attempts during the war.

In response to the Hamas explosive device that wounded our forces today in the yellow zone of the Gaza Strip, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Minister of Defense Israel Katz directed the elimination of the terrorist Ra’ed Sa’ad, head of Hamas’s Force-Build-up Directorate.
Sa’ad was one of the architects of the October 7 massacre and had recently been engaged in rebuilding the terror organization and in planning and carrying out attacks against Israel, as well as reconstructing an assault force—in blatant violation of the ceasefire terms and Hamas’s commitments to respect President Trump’s plan.
Instead of advancing demilitarization, he was rearming for acts of terror.
Anyone who raises a hand against Israel and harms IDF soldiers—their hand will be struck down, in Gaza and everywhere.

They're telling us this was a lone ISIS gunman. I doubt it.
The new "President" of Syria & his HTS group are former ISIS & Al Qaeda members. That's who the whole country was taken over by. They slaughtered people before taking over Syria as part of those terrorist organizations, during the takeover when they supposedly weren't tied to them anymore, & after taking the country.
So, I'm inclined to believe this incident was Julani's HTS too & it's being covered up to save face for Trump.
