On October 31, Ukrainian intelligence forces attacked the three oil pipelines, which transported gasoline, diesel, and aviation fuel. They exploded simultaneously.
The main oil pipeline is 400 kilometers long. The fuel transported through the pipeline came from the refineries in Ryazan, Nizhny Novgorod, and Moscow. Annually, the "Koltsovy" can transport up to 3 million tons of aviation fuel, up to 2.8 million tons of diesel, and up to 1.6 million tons of gasoline.
