🚨 The buildings were being used as terror launchpads by Hamas.

Now that Israel had softened the playing field with airstrikes attacking more than 850 terror targets and hundreds of terrorists, IDF forces have begun expanding the ground maneuver to Gaza City to finish off Hamas & to attempt to free the remaining October 7th hostages.

The US Secretary of State, Marco Rubio:

Two divisions are advancing on the ground towards the heart of Gaza City. The Israeli Chief of Staff & the Southern Command commander are directing the operation from within the Strip.

The 98th & 162nd Divisions entered yesterday at 10PM under heavy fire cover & are advancing inward. The 36th Division will gradually enter in the coming days.

The maneuvering forces entered accompanied by fire support from the air & sea over the divisional attack area.

As part of the fire cover, dozens of terror infrastructures were attacked (i.e. military & booby-trapped buildings, & observation posts).
