While the Druze worldwide all stood with the Druze of As-Suwayda, and while Sheikh Mowafaq Tarif traveled and spoke at the U.S. Congress, the UN General Assembly in New York, and in Europe, and Druze living in Europe and North America took to the streets in protests to raise global awareness of the massacre they are experiencing in As-Suwayda, the Christians worldwide, numbering several billion, did not stand with the Christians in As-Suwayda, whose fate was similar to that of the Druze. Perhaps they do not know that there are also Christians in As-Suwayda, but bottom line, they did not stand with the Christians in As-Suwayda.
Today, Father Toni Boutros calls on Sheikh Mowafaq Tarif to help the Christians in As-Suwayda Governorate and to help raise their voice in the world, and he calls on the Christian world to unite and stand behind the Christians.
