STEVE'S TAKE: Who do these people think they are? I don't recognize this "ruling" as even being one because it's contrary to the Constitution, which makes the whole "ruling" null & void.
We don't need to explain to the government why we need to open carry. The government is on a need to know basis & they don't need to know. All they need to know is that we just need to, & it's our right.
But here's a hint since the powers that be want to know so badly, we need open carry for self-defense against tyrannical governments like this one who think we need to tell them why we need to open carry.
If anything they should be explaining to us why they all get to open carry when we're the ones who run the show. Remember your place government. Know your role & shut your mouth.
