🇺🇸 A Recent Provision in the "One Big Beautiful Bill" Has Eliminated the $200 Tax Stamp Requirement for Suppressors, Short-Barreled rifles, and "Any Other Weapons," Effective January 1, 2026

This was signed into law by President Trump on July 4th, 2025.

While the tax stamp is eliminated, Suppressors, Short-Barreled Rifles (SBRs), and Any Other Weapons (AOWs) remain regulated under the National Firearms Act (NFA). So, you'll still need to follow all other NFA requirements, such as completing the necessary forms (i.e. the ATF Form 4) and passing a background check, but the $200 payment will be eliminated!

Gun rights advocates view this as a step towards challenging the National Firearms Act (NFA), though litigation regarding its constitutionality is ongoing according to the American Suppressor Association.

Demand Expected to Surge: As a result of this change, demand for these items is expected to increase significantly.

At bare minimum they probably strengthened the storms so they could continue to create fear & push that false narrative & try to discredit anyone who speaks out against global warming. If the storms are fully or partially natural, then after the UN "New York declaration" to split the land of Jerusalem in a two-state solution, this is not surprising. Do NOT divide God's land!

🎙️ Inside the Thurston County courtroom, jurors returned a mixed but definitive verdict in the case of Ihsan Ali and Zahraa Ali, the parents accused of attempting to kill their daughter in an alleged honor-based attack. The judge emphasized that her misdemeanor sentence exposure had been fully served—factoring in Washington’s good-time credit rules, which reduce sentences by up to one-third for compliant detainees. Zahraa’s release conditions included travel restrictions, no-contact orders with other parties in the case, and an order to remain in Thurston County until sentencing. 🎧 Judge polling confirmed the verdicts were unanimous. Every juror stood by their decision. The judge offered gratitude for their service and laid out next steps: sentencing would be scheduled for August 18, and post-trial restrictions would remain in place.

🧑‍⚖️ Defense attorneys Erik Kaeding (for Ihsan) and Timothy Leary (for Zahraa) presented sharply different release arguments.
