🇮🇱 🇸🇾 THE GENERAL STAFF BUILDING IN DAMASCUS HAS BEEN ANNIHILATED
The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) have confirmed continued strikes on Syrian regime military targets in Damascus. Among the targets was the regime’s general headquarters, which the IDF says is directing operations and deploying forces to the al-Suwayda area.
Additionally, a military target was hit within the vicinity of the Syrian presidential palace in Damascus.
The IDF stated it is closely monitoring developments and actions against Druze civilians in southern Syria, and continues to act in coordination with the political leadership while preparing for various scenarios.
The military says the military headquarters was used by Syrian government forces to send troops to the Druze-majority city of Sweida, where deadly clashes have taken place. Essentially, the Syrian “Pentagon“ is gone!
