Following Israel’s announcement this morning that it will strike Syrian regime targets in response to reported attacks against the Druze population by Sharaa’s forces, Chikli writes:

‘There is No Client List’: Jeffrey Epstein’s Former Lawyer Alan Dershowitz

Epstein’s former lawyer Alan Dershowitz now claims the Epstein client list doesn’t exist, even though he previously said he knew who was on it.

SIDE NOTE: DOJ metadata shows about 2 minutes and 53 seconds were removed from one of the two Epstein prison videos before release, with the footage later spliced together. The cut happens just before the infamous missing minute.

STEVE'S TAKE: In March 2025, Dershowitz claimed during an interview on “The Sean Spicer Show” to know the names on a purported Epstein client list and asserted that documents related to it were being suppressed to protect the individuals involved. However, he cited confidentiality restrictions imposed by a judge as the reason he could not disclose the names.

More recently, in July 2025, Dershowitz stated on NewsNation that there is no such thing as an Epstein client list. He further explained that what exists is a redacted FBI affidavit that accuses various individuals of having improper sexual relations with Epstein and that the names of the people accused have been blacked out. Dershowitz claimed to know the identities of these individuals from his work as Epstein's lawyer but affirmed that none of them currently hold public office. He also stated that two judges in Manhattan are responsible for suppressing this information, primarily to protect alleged accusers. This recent statement aligns with a Justice Department memo, also released in July, which stated that the FBI found no incriminating client list after an exhaustive review of Epstein-related files.

In essence, while Dershowitz previously suggested the existence of a client list and the suppression of names on it, his more recent statements deny the existence of a formal list and attribute the withholding of information to judicial orders aimed at protecting alleged victims mentioned in redacted documents.
