▪️I am ready to meet with anyone, including Zelensky. The question is: who will be signing the documents. A meeting with him is possible at the final stage of negotiations, to “put the final dot”;

▪️The DPR and LPR had the right to secede from Ukraine, and after the “Kosovo precedent,” were not obliged to seek Kiev’s consent;

▪️We have handed over more than 6,000 bodies of military personnel and received 57 in return; we are ready to hand over more than 3,000 additional bodies of Ukrainian soldiers;

▪️A new round of negotiations between Ukraine and Russia is possible after June 22;

▪️The Ukrainian leadership itself started the war on its own territory, using heavy equipment and aircraft—but no one wants to remember that today;

▪️Russia will not allow armed forces to exist in Ukraine that could threaten Russia in the future;

▪️Ukrainian forces are manned at 47%, and assault units even less—so what’s next?;

▪️If Ukraine does not reach an agreement with Russia now in Istanbul, the situation will turn for the worse; “there’s no need to drag things out.”

⚡️ Russian Ministry of Defence reports on the progress of the special military operation (June 16–18, 2025)

🇷🇺 Operational-Tactical Aviation, strike unmanned aerial vehicles, Missile Troops and Artillery of the Russian Groups of Forces inflicted losses on strike UAV production sites and workshops, UAV depots, ammunition depots as well as temporary deployment areas of AFU units and foreign mercenaries.

🔥 The enemy losses were over 4065 servicemen, three tanks, to include one 1A5 Leopard and one 2A1 Leopard tanks, 46 armoured fighting vehicles, including eight U.S.-made M113 APCs, 28 field artillery guns, including one U.K.-made 155-mm FH-70 howitzer and one 155-mm Bogdana self-propelled artillery system, as well as one Croatian-made RAK-SA-12 MLRS.

🛡 Air defence units shot down 11 JDAM guided aerial bombs and 573 unmanned aerial vehicles, including 203 drones out of the SMO zone.
