After all, that's the whole point of the conflict... to wipe out Iran's nuclear facilities that are buried a ≈290 feet (≈.05 miles) underground. Only the B-2 planes can carry 30,000 pound GBU-57A/B Massive Ordnance Penetrator (MOP) bombs that can take out the centrifuges.
Without the US assistance with the B-2 bombers it would require Israel to attack those sites 5-10 times more in order to reach the depth where the centrifuges are located.
