As part of Operation “Red Sunsets”, 15 Israeli Air Force fighter jets crossed the Red Sea, entered Yemeni airspace, & dropped 35 munitions on Hodeidah Port, Al-Salif Port, & Ras Issa Port.
The IDF estimates the ports in Yemen will be closed for the next month to the docking of ships over 80 tons.
P.M. Benjamin Netanyahu, Defense Minister Israel Katz, & Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir watched as Air Force jets attacked their Houthi terrorist targets in Yemen. The strikes have now concluded with all objectives successfully achieved.
Beyond the economic damage to the Houthi regime, the attacks on Yemen's seaports were also intended to put the Houthis in a state of siege in response to their threats to impose a naval blockade on Israel.

These ports are used to transfer weapons & are a further example of the Houthi terrorist regime's systematic & cynical exploitation of civilian infrastructure in order to advance terrorist activities.
