The police said on Sunday morning that the man who killed the innocent little girl in Nieuwegein has both Moroccan and Dutch nationality, De Telegraaf reports.
It happened again. The perpetrator is a 29 y/o immigrant from Morocco.
According to reports, the police were called on him multiple times in the past week by multiple people reporting “strange behavior”. No action was taken. Now an eleven y/o girl is dead.
