🔍 What's the Real Meaning of Revelation 13:3 🤔

When reading and discussing Revelation 13:3, many misinterpret and confuse its meaning. Often times people think it is referring to the supposed resurrection of the Antichrist after him suffering a "deadly wound".

The problem with that is, the Bible doesn't say the Antichrist dies and is resurrected from the "deadly wound".

Here's what Revelation 13:3 says followed by what it truly means.

3 And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.

This problem lies in the fact that Revelation 13:3 doesn't actually refer to the Antichrist, but rather one of the Empires of the past, which greatly persecuted Israel; it pertains to the Grecian Empire under Alexander the Great.

In reality it speaks of the same fallen Angel helping Alexander; when Alexander died, this fallen angel who helped him to conquer so speedily was locked away in the bottomless pit. (Daniel 7:6).

When the Bible references the deadly wound being healed, that refers to the fact that this fallen Angel will be released out of the bottomless pit to aid and abet the Antichrist (Also see Revelation 17);

It's doubtful, the Antichrist will know or realize the source of his power, taking all the credit unto himself.

When Revelation 13:3 talks about all the world wondering after the beast, it is actually referring to the part of the world he (the Antichrist) has conquered, but with the entirety of the world definitely paying him homage as he now seems to exude superhuman ability.

Remember the Bible warns in NUMEROUS verses of false teachers and false prophets in the last days. Below are some examples of it doing just that.
