It suggests that rulers bear the sword – a symbol of power and force – for a reason.
This passage can be interpreted as providing a biblical foundation for the state’s role in protecting its citizens and maintaining justice.
If an external threat arises that could harm its citizens or disrupt peace, the state has a responsibility to respond, even if it means going to war.
In conclusion, clearly this move by Trump is holy, necessary, just and biblical.

A powerful magnitude 7.1 earthquake hit 163 km (101 mi) away from Shigatse, Tibet, China, in the morning of Tuesday, Jan 7, 2025 at 9.05 am local time (Asia/Shanghai GMT +8)
The quake had a very shallow depth of 10 km (6 mi) and was felt over a large region.
The shallow depth of the quake caused it to be felt more strongly near the epicenter than a deeper quake of similar magnitude would.
Rescuers searched through damaged villages and streets littered with rubble for survivors after an earthquake struck one of Tibet's "holiest" Buddhist cities, toppling houses and killing over 100 people, with multiple 5.0M+ aftershocks felt across the city and the neighboring regions.
UPDATE (1/7/25): At least 126 people were killed according to Chinese state media.

“The monastery is dated to the Byzantine period (5th-6th centuries CE), and it is part of an ancient site that already existed during the Roman period and continued for approximately 600 years,”the IAA said.
