Congressman Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.) has been exonerated and the Department of Justice’s sex trafficking investigation has been shut down as the man who made the false allegations is now behind bars. Florida developer and convicted fraud, Stephen Alford, faced a judge on Tuesday after he was indicted for extortion.

STEVE'S TAKE: It's just like I've been saying all along. This was just another witch hunt created by crooked democrats trying to sabotage one of the few good conservatives we have left. It's not only predictable but they told us with their own mouths during the project Veritas videos where they were exposed that they were going to try to smear Gaetz to turn everybody against him.

President Trump Nominates Pam Bondi for Attorney General

Pam Bondi, the former Florida attorney general, was chosen Thursday by Donald Trump to serve as U.S. attorney general hours after his first choice, Matt Gaetz, withdrew from consideration after a federal sex trafficking investigation and ethics probe made his ability to be confirmed dubious.

STEVE'S TAKE: I think the whole investigation into Matt Gaetz is a sham. They're just once again making up stories about him, this time to prevent him from being Attorney General, and everyone just cares what the left-wing fake news media and its people have to say and then that in turn caused Gaetz who has represented Florida's 1st Congressional District since 2016 until he resigned his seat upon his nomination, to now withdraw from consideration to be Trump's attorney general so that he doesn't serve as a distraction. 🤦🏻‍♂

You know, this order came from up top. They probably discussed this all together to have him stand down. I highly doubt that it was just his decision. Instead of standing by Gaetz, this is what the Trump Administration does... release niceties in public for the press but behind the scenes, pull this weak, non-supporting garbage of removing Gaetz from consideration because supposedly it's "dubious". Unbelievable!

It's like our short-term memories don't work anymore, and we don't remember they did the same thing and have been doing the same thing to him for the past 4 years

They (the left) will do it again in another four years, too and the so called Republicans will let it all happen... walking around scared and aimlessly clueless, succumbing to every complaint of the looney left whether it be false or not. Shame on them for that pansy approach to politics. That's not behavior becoming of true Republicans. It's not who we are.

I mean, just last week, most of the GOP were saying Gaetz is "a Warrior". Now this tale tucking? 🤯 That's how I see it.

By the way, I'm tired of Trump, appointing women to all these positions. I told you, God says men are supposed to be in leadership.

Apparently Trump doesn't care what God thinks. He cares about what the left thinks so he's virtue signaling to them that he cares about women and black people as if we have to prove ourselves to them and be who they want us to be instead of who God wants us to be. He's doing DEI appointments just like the left❗️

Pam Bondi supported under 21 Gun bans Red Flag Laws and in 2013, Bondi also defended the state’s law that prohibits people from openly carrying weapons in Florida too. So, keep that in mind.
