Here is footage of one of the latest attacks in Beirut (one out of 13 since the morning).
Prior to attacking, the IDF issued evacuation orders to 11 buildings.

SIDE NOTE: The first video is from Israel attacking Southern Lebanon. I'm not exactly positive whether that one was an attack on Beirut or not but regardless, Beirut is in Southern Lebanon too either way.
