🇺🇸 SCOTUS Halts Lower Court Order To Reinstate 1,600 Noncitizen Voters In Virginia

The Supreme Court in a 6-3 decision, on Wednesday agreed to temporarily halt a Virginia court ruling after a federal judge ordered the state to reinstate hundreds of noncitizens to the state’s voter rolls.

This tuling allows Virginia to resume removing noncitizens from its voting rolls, lifting the previous order that had paused the program.
