🇺🇸 Biden’s Radical Plan for the Supreme Court
Monday morning, President (In Name Only) Joe Biden released his radical plan to “reform” the Supreme Court. Fortunately, the Founders foresaw that there might someday be politicians who would seek to undermine the checks and balances of the system in order for them to impose their agenda over the SCOTUS’ objections, and they made that very hard.
Biden’s assault on the Court will never pass Congress or, ironically, the Supreme Court, and will end up in the trash can where it belongs. It’s really just a McGuffin to stir up his leftist base that’s furious over the Court protecting the nation from their grand plans to “remake America” by using the Constitution like a roll of Charmin. But if you want to know more about his futile proposals for some reason, here are a couple of articles that are at least fun to read.
