Was it a catastrophic security failure? Was it extreme negligence? Was it due to DEI hiring? Or was it intentional.

There's far too many screw ups leading up to the shooting for me to conclude otherwise.
With that said, women in any security position is a total and utter joke. It equates to them, putting on a costume playing dress up, acting, and pretending that they fit the part when in actuality, they can't even contend.

Comparing the photo of the X-101 with the photo of the AIM-120 missile makes it clear that it was Ukraine's air defense that hit Okhmatdet (protection of motherhood and childhood).
