Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers released 11,754 noncitizens from custody despite Risk Classification Assessments (RCA) advising detention, according to a recent report by the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Inspector General. Israel Defense Forces announced Monday evening that Division 162 has effectively defeated 2 out of Hamas’ remaining 4 battalions, Yabna and East Rafah, and has gained operational control of 60-70% of Rafah's territory. 

The most sophisticated tunnel network in the entire Gaza Strip has been located and 550 Hamas fighters confirmed killed in it. The IDF said its forces are working to complete the mission of destroying Hamas.

IDF forces are advancing towards the center of Rafah, while shelling heavily towards the northern areas of the city.

The IDF also revealed that the houses and tunnels in Rafah had new kinds of defenses and boobytraps, with some houses having video surveillance in each room of the given house to facilitate ambushes.

An Islamic State terrorist organization splinter cell planned a shooting attack on Real Madrid fans and players, the newspaper 'El Confidencial' revealed on Monday.

The attack was thwarted in a joint operation between Interpol, the FBI, the Spanish Civil Guard.

The cell had ordered its followers to attack the bus of the Real Madrid players and their fans.

A poster showed the words "Brother. Wait in a place near the players' arrival point. Aim at them along with their supporters," alongside a picture of a hooded man opening fire with a rifle, the target set on the Real Madrid bus.

The attack, planned on Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, was thwarted and nine people, including residents from Girona, Cadiz, and Almeria, were arrested.
