⚡️⚡️⚡️ Vladimir Putin's main statements at a meeting with senior staff of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs

⏺The new territories are forever with the Russian Federation, this issue cannot even be discussed;

⏺Russia is making another real peace offer today, but if the West and Kiev refuse, it will be their responsibility for the bloodshed;

⏺The DPR and LPR had the right to declare their independence, but the Kiev regime unleashed a war against them. The Russian Federation did not start the war in Ukraine, it was the Kiev regime that started and continues the hostilities, and this is aggression;

⏺A requirement for negotiations with Ukraine - Ukrainian troops must be withdrawn from the entire territory of the new Russian regions, Kiev must declare that it has no plans to join NATO;

⏺The Kiev regime's punitive operation against Donbass, whose inhabitants Ukraine has declared second-class people, is genocide;

⏺Russian troops stood near Kiev in March 2022, but there was no intention of storming the Ukrainian capital;

⏺Kiev was preparing an attack on Novorossiya and Donbass, so the Russian Federation recognised their independence and concluded a treaty in accordance with international law;

⏺In 2022, Moscow and Kiev managed to reach mutually beneficial agreements and resolve complex issues, but Ukraine itself suspended the dialogue;

⏺After the Russian army liberated some parts of Kherson and Zaporozhye regions, a number of countries declared their readiness for mediation;

⏺The Swiss summit on Ukraine isn't going to discuss fundamental issues, everything will be reduced to demagogy and accusations against Russia;

⏺ It is impossible to reach a settlement in Ukraine without Russia's participation and honest dialogue with Russia.
