Last June the Biden Administration was working to reach an unofficial & unwritten deal with Iran that would ease the tensions between the 2 nations & reduce the risk of military conflict by way of avoiding the need for congressional approval, which is considered unlikely with an anti-Iran sentiment prevalent there.
From what we see in the past few days, that deal was reached & the Biden Administration is doing its part in it to push back against any attempt to go against Iran in the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).

A mayoral candidate in Mexico was assassinated in the middle of a campaign rally late Wednesday — with disturbing video showing a gunman shooting him in the back of the head at point-blank range.

Well, one one hand, it's unlikely Trump will be imprisoned based on his age, lack of a criminal record and other factors — and an analysis of thousands of cases found that very few people charged with the same crime receive jail time.
But if you ask me, if I had to bet, I'd say it is "substantially" likely the judge could end up putting Trump behind bars. As a friend of mine Scotty B so eloquently put it,
They wouldn't broken the law and by 'Selective Prosecution' and have rigged the whole trial to find him guilty when he was innocent to not come down on him with as harsh of a sentence as possible.
