🚨Iranian State Television Reports a Helicopter Carrying Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi in East Azerbaijan Province Has Crashed
Reports coming out of Iran say contact with the helicopter was cut off. The rescue forces are trying to reach the helicopter, but the weather conditions make it difficult for rescue forces to operate.
UPDATE: The 2 escort helicopters that were present on the same route landed safely. Raisi's helicopter is still out of contact.
The Iranians sent 16 rescue teams to locate the president's chopper.
The Iranian foreign minister & two other officials were also onboard.
The above image shows the estimated location of the accident but the exact helicopter crash landing scene hasn't yet been located.
Iranian TV published videos from the scene of the incident & the rescue operations.
Iran's now saying the rescue teams' search is focused around the Sangun copper mine, but fog in the area is very thick & the horizontal visibility is less than 5 meters.

Iranian citizens are expressing great jubilation on social media following news of the crash involving one of the heads of the SNAKE, Ebrahim Raisi.
More than two and a half hours since the incident - there is no sign of life from the president and the foreign minister.

STEVE'S TAKE: The Bible teaches us not to wish death upon our enemies, but rather to try to pray for their souls so that they convert to Jesus and avoid hell, and eternal damnation in it. That's the way of the lord. I'm well aware it's not an easy way. Because of the atrocities these people commit, it makes it very difficult to continue to love and pray for them to turn from their wicked ways as opposed to wishing death on them.
