House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) announced on Thursday the commencement of a “government-wide” inquiry into the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) ongoing efforts to “target, influence, and infiltrate every sector and community in the United States.” The probe is inspired by the revelations in Peter Schweizer’s new book, Blood Money: Why the Powerful Turn a Blind Eye While China Kills Americans, which quickly ascended to the number one position on the New York Times bestseller list following its publication by HarperCollins.

Blood Money has unveiled several critical insights, including how the Biden family allegedly received $5 million from the business associate of the “White Wolf,” a leader of a gang implicated in the narcotics trade, as detailed here. Furthermore, the book exposes China’s involvement in the North American fentanyl crisis and reveals how the CCP utilizes TikTok as a “modern-day Trojan Horse” to disseminate propaganda within the United States.

Montreal's Tuberculosis Crisis: Immigration Blamed as 90% Affected Are Foreign-Born

The recent surge in tuberculosis (TB) cases in Montreal has ignited further concerns about the impact of immigration on public health, raising fears that Canadians’ lives are at risk. With experts warning of a potential resurgence of the disease in the city, attention is turning to the implications of mass migration on healthcare and community well-being.

According to reports from the Direction régionale de santé publique de Montréal (DRSPM), a total of 21 cases were reported in January alone, marking a significant increase compared to the past five years.

Only 7% of illegal immigrants ordered to leave France are ever actually deported

A high-level American delegation led by the US Under Secretary of State for African Affairs spent three days this week in Niamey, the capital of Niger, in an attempt to meet with senior military junta officials there, eight months after the military coup.

The visit was planned for two days, but was extended by a day in an attempt promote a meeting - and finally the delegation left without one of the local officials agreeing to meet it.
