As part of the 162nd Division's operation, the fighters of the 401st Brigade's combat team have carried out intelligence-led raids on Hamas terrorist targets in the Zeytun region of the northern Gaza Strip in the last two weeks.

During the raids, the fighters eliminated more than a hundred terrorists, located and destroyed dozens of military terrorist infrastructures of the Hamas and GOP terrorist organizations, including factories and warehouses for the production and storage of weapons. The forces operated unique drones that scanned the targets and assisted in quick circuit closures, thus capturing dozens of Hamas terrorists who were interrogated and provided information Intelligence on the terrorist organizations. The forces engaged in the operation to uncover areas based on intelligence indications of Hamas launch and underground means. The forces located and destroyed hundreds of launch pits and launchers.

As part of a force raid on a terrorist infrastructure, a Hamas terrorist squad fired a short-range anti-tank missile at our forces. An Air Force aircraft spotted and attacked the squad. Several terrorists were killed in the attack, the rest of the terrorists from the same squad were seen running away and hiding in an ambulance.

In another incident, the forces identified a Hamas sniper who fired from a building near them, an aircraft attacked the sniper and he was killed. In addition, the forces destroyed the terrorist infrastructure of a senior Hamas official, the commander of the Gaza City Brigade, Az Aladdin Haddad.
