STEVE'S TAKE: Arresting the homeless who reject shelter is an interesting concept. On one hand I get it, but on the other they have the right to not go into government shelter and be free.
Of course, that's assuming they're not blocking public walkways or doing things in public they shouldn't which they probably would.
But I feel like that's when you would arrest them, not just for refusing to be sheltered by the government.

Three male migrants have now been detained in the Bronx, New York, after they committed a citywide crime wave that included stealing cell phones and wallets from unsuspecting women.

During last week, Division 162 began a divisional raid in the center and north of Gaza City and in the Shati area.
The Nahal and 401st brigade combat teams returned to the areas where IDF forces operated in the past for the purpose of dealing with terrorist targets.
