That way Iran could portray strength to their fellow Muslim terrorists. By the same logic, Joe Biden is striking the Houthis & only killing a few & announcing his plans ahead of time. He's trying to make it seem like he's against the Muslim terrorists when really he's undeniably with them.

Police in France have yet to make an arrest in the case of three Jewish men who were brutally assaulted by a pro-Hamas mob on the campus of the University of Strasbourg last Sunday night while they put up posters calling for the release of Israeli hostages in Gaza.
The three men, two of whom are students, were set upon by a group of six people who threw kicks and punches while shouting “Zionist fascists,” according to a statement released on Friday by the university’s president Michel Deneken.
“It’s very serious,” he added. “This is violence that we have never known here.”

STEVE'S TAKE: Arresting the homeless who reject shelter is an interesting concept. On one hand I get it, but on the other they have the right to not go into government shelter and be free.
Of course, that's assuming they're not blocking public walkways or doing things in public they shouldn't which they probably would.
But I feel like that's when you would arrest them, not just for refusing to be sheltered by the government.
