President of the Russian Federation stated that Kiev knew the Russian Il-76 was transporting Ukrainian POWs to the exchange location. The President referred to the strike on the Il-76 as a crime committed by the Kiev regime.
Missiles that shot down the Il-76 with Ukrainian military prisoners were launched from Ukrainian territory. Putin emphasized that the strike was carried out by Ukraine's air defense systems.
The strike on the Il-76 was either carried out by American or French systems, and this will be accurately determined in the coming days. The results of the investigation into the crash will be available in a couple of days, noted the Russian President.

My Response To Christians Who Say It's Not Biblically Correct For Christians To Overthrow A Corrupt Government
STEVE'S TAKE: The Bible says there's a time for everything under the sun including War & Peace. So, clearly there's a time for overthrowing a corrupt government, especially in a nation formed to be One Nation Under God.
Depending on the situation, fighting can be noble & good or it can be prideful & sinful, but fighting is not wrong in itself. The object of the fight is what determines the fighting to be righteous or evil. Your cause must be God's will & be truly just. If it is, then He will be with you.
As Christians, we're to obey the law & those who govern over us (Romans 13:1-2) because God has ordained government. However, that assumes that the laws & those governing over us are right, just, & that those who govern adhere to those laws & God's law themselves. No one is exempt from the law, not even government officials. All must be held to account.
The Constitution (the law of the land) & the Declaration of Independence specifically say it's our duty to overthrow corrupt government. So, it's lawful & Biblical to stop lawless, evil tyrants.
Jesus came the first time as a savior (John 3:17) not a Warrior. Many Jews were angry about that because they expected their Messiah to free Israel from Rome, but that wasn't His purpose at that time. For this reason, many Jews denounced Jesus & even labeled him as a blasphemer for saying He was God. However, Jesus returns as a Warrior for the Battle of Armageddon.
What about turning the other cheek? It doesn't mean to lie down & let evil overtake us. Rather Jesus was showing us what it looks like not to be overcome by evil, but to overcome evil with good.
God & His angels fought a war in heaven with Lucifer & the fallen angels (Revelation 12:7). David fought Goliath & the Philistines (1 Samuel 17:45-47). Gideon fought against the Midianites & others (Judges 7-8). Samson constantly warred against the Philistines who ruled over the Israelites (Judges 15).
Were they all not "true Christians" for having taken up arms? On the contrary, in God's mercy, He often raises people up to deliver His people from oppression which we're often only under to begin with as judgement for our own sins.
We have a duty in Christ to be strong (Ephesians 6:10), to fight (2 Timothy 4:7), & to be courageous (Joshua 1:9).
Nowhere in the Bible does it say to be a coward. In fact, the Bible teaches us not to fear & to be BOLD! The wicked flee when no one pursues, but the righteous are like a lion (Proverbs 28:1). To do otherwise would be to go against God which is sin.
Boldness is contagious. When we are bold for Christ, enduring hardships for our faith, others are provoked to do the same (Philippians 1:14).
Don't have hate in your heart. I know the opposed are loud & seem great in number. I know they will not come to reason or fight a fair fight. I know that they are boastful & proud in/of their sin. Nevertheless, Christ is with us (Deuteronomy 20:1) & He is greater (Deuteronomy 10:17).
When you see a threat, sound the alarm as watchmen. If you don't, then the blood of the innocent that gets shed is on your hands. If people don't heed our advice & fall victim to the incoming threat, then that's on them.
Don't use the fact that "God is Love" to slander good Christian people who rightfully call to overthrow evil. Don't falsely label them as hateful for being bold enough to say & do what's right in a world of evil cowards that flee. Remember, greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends (John 15:13).
Always be loving, kind, & peaceful even in the midst of the fight but if there are bad people who want to do you, your family, & your country harm, then it's your moral obligation to sell your cloak for a sword & protect what's yours. Put on the Full Armor of God while exercising your inalienable rights.
Choose to fight the Giant in God’s strength instead of your own because the battle is the Lord's but fight for what's right!

Masses Evacuate Khan Younis as IDF Says Many Gunmen Killed in City
Masses of Palestinians were seen fleeing combat areas in western Khan Younis in southern Gaza Saturday, in videos posted on official social media channels, after the military called for residents to evacuate to the nearby al-Mawasi area. Images showed thousands of civilians fleeing the city on foot.
Residents reported heavy aerial and tank fire across Khan Younis, a part of southern Gaza that has become the focus of Israel’s ground offensive against Hamas, and around two main hospitals there.
The IDF said intensive fighting continued in the area as its 98th Division advanced, killing numerous Hamas operatives.
Also in Khan Younis, the IDF said the Givati Brigade killed “a large number” of Hamas operatives in several separate clashes.
